- 4 Cups coleslaw salad mix
- 1/4 Cup Rice Vinegar
- 2 Tablespoons Sesame Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Sugar
- 1 Teaspoon of Salt
- 1/4 Teaspoon of Red Pepper (optional)
- Put all of the ingredients in a glass bowl. Toss to coat
